I just recently decided to participate in the MS Bike Tour on July 7th and 8th, 2007 and I'm inviting you to join my team, TEAM DEFINE FITNESS. Riding a bike - a skill that many of us learned ages ago - can seem like such a simple thing, but it can have such a profound effect, especially when you ride for those who may not have the strength to pedal themselves. I am riding for my Aunt Debbie Harter, and this is my 3rd year to ride in this great event, which is in it's 22nd year here in Colorado.



By joining TEAM DEFINE FITNESS, you will be signing up not just for a great ride, but also for a celebration of the great things we can achieve when working hard for a common cause.
